We provide scholarships that create direct pathways for CALD women to access high-quality leadership development opportunities. Through our partnerships, we support emerging and established leaders to build their skills, expand their networks, and step confidently into leadership roles. These scholarships remove financial barriers and open doors to experiences that can transform careers and communities. Build Leadership Capability

We design and deliver professional development opportunities and forums that support CALD women to grow their leadership skills, confidence and networks. Through workshops, panels and leadership forums, participants gain access to practical knowledge, shared experiences and connections with established leaders across sectors. These spaces create opportunities for learning, visibility and collaboration, helping women step into leadership with confidence and impact.
