Through these discussions, we create opportunities for learning, connection and reflection—empowering our community while strengthening pathways for diverse women to lead, influence and advance representation in leadership.
CALD Women Paving the Way on Boards
CALD2LEAD’s inaugural panel event on 27 November 2025, brought together an inspiring group of leaders and community members for a powerful and engaging discussion.
Expertly facilitated by Rakhi Khanna FICDA, panelists Dr Judy Tang, Abiola Akinbiyi, and Pearl Li Ng shared powerful their diverse experiences, insights and personal journeys in board leadership; offering both practical advice and inspiring reflections.
The event attracted a strong and engaged 35 audience, highlighting the growing interest in leadership pathways and representation for CALD women.
